ReziBond® has become a very popular specialty metal roofing & siding product due to its unique dark dull gray finish. ReziBond® was designed as an improvment over Bonderized and features a mill applied resin system over the top of Steelscape® TruZinc® and is commonly referred to, in other industries, as paint grip/paint lock. This product finish was originally designed to be coated with paint and highly used in the rainwater industry. ReziBond® starts out with a Hot Dipped G90 Galvanized (HDG) (TruZinc®) coating that is processed with acrylic resins, heavy metals & flatteners that hold paint well. Due to the design of ReziBond® unique finish and what it was originally intended for, this product carries NO WARRANTY.

SURFACE APPEARANCE: ReziBond® is produced using a unique tinted resin coating applied on the metallic coating line. This process can result in random surface blemishes, flow lines and variable tint strength within a coil. These items are strictly aesthetic in nature and do not affect the performance of the product. While every effort is made during manufacture to minimize blemishes or inconsistencies in color or flow, the surface appearance is not guaranteed.
BATCH TO BATCH CONSISTENCY: Much like a metallic paint system, the color and gloss of ReziBond® can vary between resin batches and production runs. If the product is being used in an exposed application, all efforts should be made to use material from a single production batch. Batch to batch consistency is not guaranteed.
WARRANTY: ReziBond® is not warranted and is intended for the rainwater goods applications. Steelscape (the manufacturer) makes no guarantees for use as exposed roofing or siding panels. Surface blemishes, color and gloss variations, and any other strictly aesthetic defects, will not be considered a defect.
Water runoff can/will stain surrounding surfaces, including but not limited to walls, sidewalks, driveways and vegetation.
Scratches easily during rollforming, installation & natural weather. (Film is not available because it will not adhere to ReziBond® well.)
